You may request a return within 7 days (cooling-off period) starting from the day after receiving the product.
The cooling-off period is not a trial period; items must remain in brand-new condition.

2. Return Conditions
Please ensure the product is returned in complete condition (including tags, accessories, gifts, invoice, and original packaging).

Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

• Opened or used personal hygiene products, food items, audio/video, or software
• Customized, pre-order, or made-to-order items
• Products damaged, stained, or missing parts due to personal handling
• Return requests made after the 7-day cooling-off period

3. Return Process
Within 7 days, please contact our customer service via email or contact form and provide:

• Order number
• Name
• Contact information
• Reason for return

After confirmation, please send the product back within the specified timeframe.
Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

4. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, third-party payment, etc.).

• If the return is due to product defects or shipping errors, return shipping costs will be covered by the store.
• If the return is due to personal reasons, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

5. Exchange Service
Exchanges are available for defective items or incorrect shipments.
If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
