Mousaburo's Grandson: Mother and Child Wooden Dolls

The theme is “Nukumori,” which means “warmth” in Japanese. This piece makes full use of the natural white hue of the wood. It depicts a smiling mother cradling her sleeping baby, radiating a sense of warmth and happiness, and conveying a wish for the mother and child’s safety and health. It makes an ideal gift for expectant mothers and new mothers, offering congratulations and expressing gratitude to them and their soon-to-be-born or newborn babies.
