Fushimi Inari Taisha is the head shrine of all Inari shrines across Japan and has a history spanning over 1,300 years.
The “Thousand Torii,” a row of vermilion torii gates stretching out like a tunnel, is one of Kyoto’s most iconic landmarks. Fushimi Inari Taisha is also renowned for granting various wishes to worshippers and is considered Kyoto’s most famous spiritual spot.
